I live in Stoke Newington, N16, London. I'm into Scottish Fold cats, vintage/retro, sci-fi and general geekery, and am an occasional singer-songwriter.

Loving these clever stackable snack serving trays for parties, from Vacuvin. We’ve got a belated housewarming coming up & they’re perfect for serving snacks & dips.
So I launched a new GPS-led audio walking guide app to King’s Cross, London today! It’s called Streetstories, and its all free. Try it on your iPhone and Android and feedback to streetstories@guardian.co.uk
I’ve also popped out today to the Abney Hall craft fair that happens locally every month or so. Bought this lovely cup & saucer candle from the Lovell stall. Pretty, and perfect for my ‘granny chic’ spare bedroom.
Roscoe’s finally started to use his little Kitty Kotz window perch I bought him. I was worried he didn’t have a good sunny people watching area in our house, as our windowsills are tiny, so bought this from an Etsy seller in the states, Calamity Jane Enterprises. It’s a good piece of kit as sucker sticks to the window in seconds, so it’s perfect for easy attachment as well as removal.
There is SO much great kitty stuff available in the States. I follow Moderncat.net to check out the great scratching posts, beds, bowls and so on you can get out there. Sadly for some reason stylish cat gear is pretty limited in the UK.

Loving the newly opened fruit and veg shop on Church Street, Stoke Newington!
So the little grey kitty I was getting is ill - he’s got an ongoing stomach complaint so the breeder wants to keep him for some R&R. However I have been offered his equally cute brother instead - this little chocolate Scottish Fold boy. How can I resist! I pick him up a week on Saturday.
My new framed poster - a futurist image of London in 2026, drawn in the 1930s. Loving all the airships & the ‘Underground to Scotland’
